First Baptist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, requested a logo that would brand their preschool ministry. The entire theme of their center was revolving around a playful treehouse. Taking inspiration from their playhouse murals, I crafted this logo and hand drawn typography.
The SBC of Virginia Fusion Mission Camp is a week-long camp held in the summer in the New River Valley of Virginia. The students’ ages range from middle school to high school. The theme this year was “Thrive” and focused on Jeremiah 17:5-8, with an emphasis on “Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord”.
The SBC of Virginia wanted to portray their mission endeavors and opportunities in a creative way. They wanted the options listed in a menu, similar to that of a restaurant, with the name: "Missions Menu."
The Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention wanted a logo for their mission offering, that supports endeavors throughout the Hawaiian and Pacific Islands. After multiple revisions, sketches, and drafts; we were able to reach this solution. A plumeria flower, local to the islands of their region, with the flower's stigma being a cross, further representing the goal of spreading the Gospel.
ThinkMove Chess Academy is a new chess academy dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of chess and using that platform to enhance the child's understanding about life.
Inspiration for the cartoon icon was taken from the knight chess piece, and designed to cater towards children. Accompanying the logo, I designed a website for them. To view the website in it's entirety, visit www.thinkmovechess.com.

I made this painting to decorate the reception venue at my wedding, and now it hangs in our living room. This canvas is a mixture of pencil sketches, a layer of paint, and shading by markers.

Charlotte Chess Center serves as an educational hub for chess in the Charlotte, NC area; offering camps and classes year round. I've created multiple deliverables for them including their brand, flyers, direct mailers, postcards, brochures, and event brands.
The SBC of Virginia sends out an annual update as part of their annual mailing. I was asked to compile all the content of this project and display it in a visually appealing way, without being crowded.
The Proclaimer is the SBC of Virginia's flagship publication that send outs to around 16,000 subscribers. I was asked to design a hand drawn type piece that reads "Power of Partnership." I sketched this out multiple times on paper before scanning into the computer and digitizing it through use of Photoshop and Illustrator.
The 2016 Annual Report of the SBC of Virginia (SBCV) is utilized heavily during the convention’s Annual Homecoming because it references minutes from the previous year, financial breakdowns, and ministry initiative updates and statistics.
The desire of this report was to tell the stories of how SBCV churches shared the Gospel and together were seeking to be “Strong Churches with a Bold Commitment to the Great Commission.” This year also marked a celebration of 20 years of gospel partnership, which inspired the color timeline insert in the middle of the book.

The Florida Baptist Convention wanted a new brand for their state missions offering. The theme was "#reachFlorida". Following the guidelines set by their newly established brand, I developed an icon and typeset for the offering and carried that through to the layout of print promotions. This resource was also translated in Spanish and French.
